Role: Video Editor
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)

As video editor you’ll work on diverse projects, collaborating closely with the film and design teams. We’re looking for someone who has at least 2+ years experience of editing, is enthusiastic about filmmaking and loves a creative challenge; someone who can work alongside with producers and directors as well as develop edits independently. You’ll need to be motivated, organised, passionate about storytelling and driven to create brilliant content .

What it includes…

Managing the full post production process from ingesting raw footage to final drafts
Editing will include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, colour correction
Creating motion graphics including titles, lower thirds and creating 2D motion graphics
Assisting producers and directors with creative ideas, preparing pitches, developing concepts & research
Working closely with clients to develop drafts, make amends and fulfil project briefs
Responsibility for managing and developing media storage and post production workflow

Ideally, you have…

Significant experience with Premiere Pro
Significant experience with After Effects
Strong narrative and storytelling instinct
Strong understanding of the post production process and workflow
Confident use of additional creative suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator are an advantage but not essential
Ability to work within tight deadlines
A solid foundation in filmmaking practice
2+ years of editing expertise (freelance or for a production company/agency)

Role: Junior Designer
Freelance or Salary: £21,000 – £30,000

We are interested in hearing from designers looking for freelance or employed work. Working closely with our experienced designers you will work on a diverse range of projects with a variety of clients. You should have good attention to detail and be user focussed in your approach with the ability to work under your own initiative.

What it includes…

Producing and amending artwork and graphics across print and digital channels
Working alongside development and film teams to produce artwork for websites and animations
Ensure quality of typeset work
Help and support with the product of presentation and pitch material
Working within brand and corporate guidelines
Ideally you will have 1-3 years experience within the design industry

Ideally, you have…

Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Great visual design appreciation
Good Artwork skills
Experience of other creative suite tools like After Effects and XD are an advantage but not essential
Understanding of brand and corporate guidelines
Able to work with tight deadlines
A solid foundation in design craft and design thinking.
It is beneficial to have knowledge of front end web technologies, both in terms of what is possible but also on the challenges of modern web interface design.
Some experience of or an interest in animation and illustration.
A portfolio of some existing design work is beneficial either in graphic design or web design.
