Marketing their brand to the global market
We created digital content to show how their technology is ready for global deployment and commercialisation.
Understanding your longer-term goals, helping you shape how to get and measurably working towards them.
We work to understand where you’re trying to get to and help shape the digital strategy of how to get there, defining which order to address work and how it should be tackled to maximise value.
Everything we do should be moving you towards your end goals and demonstrably so.
We work to establish how we’re going to measure the impact of each project and demonstrate the value of the work.
To facilitate partnership we have two roles in Daysix that are focussed on client.
Each client has an assigned Client Owner that holds the big picture view on the aims and impact of the partnership and can advise internally on any work being produced so the client knows their vision and aims are being represented.
Each client also has an assigned Delivery Manager. Their role is to make sure the client is kept up to speed with project progress across the different areas of work and ensure budgets and timelines are being managed well.
We have three repeatable rhythms to keep clients up to date and ensure we’re working effectively.
Weekly update – An update from the delivery manager on what we’ve been working on and project progress as well as any asks or clarifications needed
Monthly status – A meeting with Client Owner and Delivery Manager to run though the status of all projects ongoing and plan the month ahead.
Quarterly discovery – Lead by Client Owner to review the previous quarter, understand upcoming focus/goals and allow us to be proactive and insightful.
When we think partnership over project, all our services are in play and we can leverage them for any piece of work to maximise impact.
For example:
‘Great you’ve made that piece of software – a simple film to introduce it would really increase uptake.’
‘The new report looks brilliant, a little bit of designer time and this could be a digital asset on the website too and double the reach.’
Rather than spiking and falling digital cost due to project work, it allows a predictable cost that is easier to budget for and manage.
The commitment allows us to spread the spikes of project costs so you can benefit from our work without having to plan for the immediate cash outlay.
Account levels are reported monthly and managed as part of the monthly status call.
When we’re in partnership we’re able to make decisions and plan work with your long-term goals in mind.
We get most excited about providing value. Doing great work that we know is creating the impact intended and moving an organisation forward.
Knowing your goals we can help you navigate what work to do when, how to approach it and what can bring the most value.

Working closely with their marketing team, we’ve refreshed their brand and upgraded their investment materials.
We created an in-depth video series to tell the story of Scotland’s marine energy sector, from research to deployment to commercial-ready companies. The content outlines the business case for investors, showing how this sector has progressed and is changing the future mix of energy.
TIGER is the largest project funded by the Interreg France (Channel) England Programme, with €48.4 million invested to drive collaboration and cost reduction through tidal turbine installations in the UK and France. We were commissioned to understand and distil their messaging into a story that summarises their progress for stakeholders and investors.
