Repositioning to resonate

They needed a professional brand identity that reflected their expertise, supported their growth, and resonated with investors, partners, and customers in the renewable sector. We worked to reposition CGEN, shifting the focus from a single product to the company’s broader mission. 

Our approach combined digital strategy with design execution. We retained the name “CGEN” to preserve continuity and rebuilt the brand around the company’s core strengths: modularity, scalability, and durability.

The wordmark subtly echoed generator coils, connecting brand to technology. Marine-inspired tones anchored the company in its offshore energy heritage, while bright accents added energy and distinctiveness. 

The visual system extended across digital and print touchpoints, with a new website, presentations, and social templates, balancing technical credibility with accessibility. We ensured the brand could communicate effectively with investors, customers and the wider sector.
