Daysix is looking for a mid-level Frontend Developer with proven React experience to join our healthcare-focused platform development team.
We’re known for digging deep into problems, collaborating closely with partners, and building software that makes a visible difference and contribution. Our success comes from a culture that’s deeply inquisitive and focused on truly understanding the problems we solve.
You’ll collaborate with other developers on innovative, impactful projects, particularly in healthcare, where our work with the NHS directly improves the lives of clinicians and patients.
You must be able to demonstrate the technical essential requirements, and be able to talk confidently about your approach.
You can read more about who we are here on our website.

- Browser Environments: Experience with cross-browser compatibility, DOM manipulation, and responsive web design.
- State Management: Experience with solutions like Redux, Zustand, MobX, or React Query.

- Proficiency with CSS: Expert-level understanding of Vanilla CSS (Box model, cascading and specificity). Experience building accessible, responsive interfaces from scratch.
- Inclusive Engineering: Deep understanding of A11y patterns in SPAs and implementing WCAG Guidelines. Proficient in using automated testing tools (Axe, Lighthouse) and manual screen reader testing (NVDA, VoiceOver).
- AI-Augmented Development: Proficient in using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate delivery, while maintaining the critical eye needed to review, refactor, and ensure the generated code meets our standards for security and maintainability.
Nice to have:
- React Native experience: Understanding of cross-platform concepts is a significant plus.
- DevOps & Cloud: Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (specifically Azure DevOps) and Azure Cloud Services.
