For each application, we’ll be considering:
Ideas can change the world. We know there are many brilliant, important ideas that don’t get the chance to be brought to life. That's why we want to make it happen.
We’re offering our creative services, up to the value of £10,000, to individuals, businesses and charities seeking to make a positive impact.
Your idea might need a brand film, a website, a social media campaign or an app. This is an opportunity to tell us all about it!
We want to work with you to bring your idea to life – let’s make it happen.
Applications aren’t open just yet…

OPPORTUNITY FOR A CREATIVE SOLUTION
We may follow up with a phone call to chat through your application.
We are keen to hear your idea and how it could create an impact. You don’t need to have creative solutions for your idea – we can work on that together.
Shortlist and the winner
Our Make It Happen team will create a shortlist of the best three applications, which will then be presented to the Daysix team to vote for their favourite. In the event of a tied vote, the Make It Happen team will select the winner.
The Winner
The winner will be notified and can start making plans for the year ahead with Daysix as their Make it Happen partner.
Making it happen
You will be invited to our studio for an initial creative session with the Daysix team.
We’d get to know you and your idea and have fun exploring creative solutions to make your idea happen.
Our creative team would then develop initial ideas and creative concepts, which we would evolve together.
Once we’ve decided the best creative route, it’s the really exciting bit! Working with you, we’d bring the idea to life, test it, tweak it, then launch it to the world…
Our previous winners
Junction 42.
Junction 42 was founded in 2012 by a team with over 45 years of collective experience working with offenders in prisons and communities. They focus on providing individuals with the confidence and experience to develop work-ready skillsets and entrepreneurial mindsets.
Stay tuned to learn how we made it happen for their Barista Employability Programme.
Halo Gardens.
HALO Gardens were conceived in lockdown. They are a response to our communal experience of the COVID 19 pandemic. Social distancing is one of our greatest tools against the spread of the virus, but is also frightening and isolating. HALO Gardens are intimate and beautiful outdoor sanctuaries where families and friends can meet safely.
With a great idea, and amazing expertise to deliver, the Halo Gardens team needed help with an identity and a web presence to get their idea off the ground. We happily obliged.
The Edinburgh School Uniform Bank.
We loved working with these amazing people. We helped them out with a refreshed logo, animation and film to help shine a light on the amazing work they do, raise awareness of the charity, increase donations and ultimately get school uniforms to kids who need them. They were a total pleasure to work with and here is what they had to say about Make It Happen.
“With your help, our “sponsor a child” appeal in 2020 was a roaring success and local people donated funds to supply a full set of uniform to hundreds of children. These children had the chance to go back to school with confidence, fitting in with their peers and ready to do their best.”
