Previously Project Lift, Leading to Change offers development and community for a better type of leadership in health, social care and social work leaders centred around compassionate leadership and truly effective teams.
We’ve been working with the team since the beginning, helping launch Project Lift to address an immediate need in the NHS for senior leaders. Delivering brand, web, film and comms as well as building the software for project lift to allow individuals to complete self assessments, 360s, career conversations and build their profile for development.
The project was a huge success and started a ground swell of different conversations and development around what leadership looks like. It got the attention of Scottish Government’s National Workforce Strategy, NHS COVID Recovery Plan and the new National Care Service, Leading to Change was launched. An initiative ensuring our national health service is nurturing talent and providing them with the support required to be enablers of change.
We moved with the change and now look after all communications for Leading to Change and build and maintain My Leading to Change, an online profile where our future leaders can assess their leadership credentials and work towards their development.
The Process
Working closely with the Leading to Change team, we were tasked with re-developing the website to respond to the initiative’s redefined objectives, as well as work with them in an ongoing creative partnership to support their communications strategy and ensure the website is constantly responding to user needs.
Utilising the brand identity created by fellow agency, the Union, we set out to develop a resource-rich platform centred around empowering and informing individuals looking to develop their leadership skills in health, social care and social work.
The Outcome
The programme has created a community of change within the sector and over 5,000 people have entered the development pathway.
Presenting a different way to lead and reinforcing the message that leadership can be displayed at all levels. Leading to Change continues to develop and grow a more human and sustainable culture of leadership and we’re proud to be part of it.
